i was disappointed to find several issues. the kettle did not work, so i couldn't make tea. the air conditioning was quite loud and made it difficult to sleep. i also noticed some stains on the carpet that needed attention.

The location is convenient with a market nearby. It is close to public transportation (especially the free tram zone). My room offered a view of the city skyline.

The room temperature control was difficult. I was unable to adjust the air conditioning. The room seemed dusty, which I noticed upon arrival. The hotel no longer operates under the Radisson brand.

i found the staff helpful. they provided good suggestions. the breakfast included sufficient choices. i liked the convenient location near victoria market. it was literally one block away. it made shopping and finding food easy. i also appreciated that it's within walking distance of southern cross station. this was really helpful when traveling by skybus from the airport.

the room looked a little tired. i noticed some scuffs. otherwise i had no issues.
